About The Artist
Texas Ruby was one half of a husband-wife team; her husband was Curly Fox. For a while, they were performers on WSM's Grand Ole Opry out of Nashville. They left the Nashville to try other performing venues, appearing in such places as the Village Barn in New York City and were regulars on the Texas concert circuit. They also recorded on the King label.
