Clifford Warren Doolittle passed away Feb. 22, 2016, at the age of 94.

In the 1940s he was a professional Country and Western singer with many records to his credit. His stage name was Cliff Warren and he became a featured artist on radio station KTSA, then the CBS outlet in San Antonio, Texas. His popularity was such that he was chosen to represent the state of Texas at the Presidential Inauguration ceremonies in Washington, D.C.

In later years he was a traffic manager for a few different companies until he retired.

He is survived by his two sons, Robert and James, along with two granddaughters, Shari Smith and Amity Zander, and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth; and a young great-grandson, Robert.

He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
