Betty Mae Soflin, 80, Lincoln, died Sunday (4/5/09). She was born February 3, 1929 in Lincoln to Carl & Marguerite (Metzger) Soflin. She was a retired interior designer.

Family includes: sister, Marilyn (Lyn) McAvoy, Lincoln; nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by parents; brothers, Fred C. and William W.; brother-in-law, Francis (Mac) McAvoy; nephew, Fred, Jr.

Funeral Services were held Wednesday April 8, 2009 at First Plymouth Church, 20th and "D" Street, Lincoln. Burial: Lincoln Memorial Park.

Memorial may be given to the family.
