About The Group

Melvin Price established the Radio Rangers group in November of 1945 when he got out of the US Army. When they did their daily radio broadcast from 12:30pm to 1:30pm over WASL in Annapolis, Maryland, Bob Flaharty was featured. HIs style was such that they would compare him to WSM's legendary Ernest Tubb.
