Belmont Bacon Boys
KFH Barn Dance Frolic

About The Group

The Belmont Bacon Boys was a vocal quartet of singers. One picture seen in a Wichita newspaper shows them dressed in cowboy hats, white shirts and tie, overalls and seemingly all wearing black goatee typebeards. Their name was derived from the company that was sponsoring them — the Fred W. Dold Packing Company. The group was said to be making apperances on the Saturday night KFH Barn Dance Frolic in 1935.
