Bluegrass Serenaders
WSM Grand Ole Opry

About The Group

The group may well have been the first to use the term "Bluegrass" in their name, but they were actually an old-time string band from Gallatin, Tennessee. They appeared about three times on WSM's Grand Ole Opry in 1926 and 1927.
