About The Artist Slim Marion was a veteran performer who started his career about 1933 or so. Be was said to have played in Illinois, Indiana and New England. His career also included 30 months with the Navy bands. In 1951, he was one of several acts appearing over WMUR out of Manchester, New Hampshire.
