About The Artist

Tex Ferguson and his Drifing Pioneers were hits in Bay City, Michigan back in 1954-1955. They were said to have a long history in radio and television and recording.

Every Thursday, they had a show on WNEM-TV, Channel 5, in Bay city from 10:30 to 11:00pm. Every Saturday night, there was "The Country Crossroads Jamboree Show" from 8:00pm to 8:30pm.

They wrote that the group was just getting ready to record some of the compositions of Tex.
