About The Artist
Eddie Osborn's Cimaron Rangers were the talent mainstays for the WADC Jamboree that aired from Akron, Ohio in the early 1950s. The band did vocals as well as instrumentals and by 1951, had been together for six years.
They did a broadcast every morning from 5:30am to 6:30am over WADC (1350 on the AM dial). The well travelled band also appeared on many other Ohio, West Virginia and Tennessee stations. They also appeared on the Mutual Network and did television over WATV in Newark, New Jersey.
